Jumping juniper – it’s International Gin Day! (Wait, isn’t it always gin o’clock?!). Once a rigidly formulaic drink for stuffy conservatives, today ginnovation is thriving, embraced by micro-distillers, craft producers and pioneering global brands. Our resident gin guru Eddie Nara will explain the essentials – how and where it is made, the lowdown on “botanicals”, quality indicators and more. Plus, he’ll share his expert mixology tips and tricks so you can create inspired, bespoke G&T’s at home.
