How to Taste California Wines Like a Pro!
California is a rich and thoroughly diverse wine state, with its star regions, Napa Valley, Sonoma County and Monterey, offering an abundance of styles and flavour profiles to suit a wide range of food and tastes. Explore signature varieties each from different sub-regions of California. We’ll explore two examples of four different varieties – Cabs, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel – to showcase the influence of geography, climate, soil and winemaking on California’s star grapes.
