Forget the standard cheese board—we’re taking your palate straight to the French Alps. Whether you’re a total beginner or a serious wine geek, this workshop is your shortcut to mastering the ultimate mountain pairings.

Savoie doesn’t mess around when it comes to cheese. We’re spotlighting the heavy hitters: Beaufort, Reblochon, Tomme de Savoie, and Abondance. You’ll taste the history, learn how they’re made, and figure out exactly why these creamy, nutty masterpieces are the kings of alpine food.

But you can’t have mountain cheese without the right juice. We’ve lined up a killer roster of crisp whites and elegant reds—from France and beyond—designed to slice right through that richness and completely elevate the flavors.

Leave the pretension at the door. Our Wine Director, Jack Cheung, is breaking down the science of the perfect pairing so you can walk out ready to host your own mind-blowing tasting. Come thirsty, come hungry, and get ready to level up your pairing game.
