Just as antipasti are selected for their colour, flavour, texture and how well they complement each other, choice of Prosecco DOC provides the perfect “glue” to bring this beloved dining tradition together. Join Master of Wine Debra Meiburg for a guided tasting, followed by a smorgasbord of antipasti from Italian wine and food expert Certa to graze on and mix and match with the Prosecco DOC’s tasted during the class.
