Beyond Sake: Discover Japanese Wine
Otanjoubi Omedetou! All of Japan is celebrating the Emperor’s Birthday on 24 February, and while cake is a must, every birthday celebration should involve wine. We Hong Kongers are, of course, crazy for Japanese food, so take this opportunity to dive into the fresh, vibrant and elegant wines of Japan, exploring its key grapes – Koshu, Muscat Bailey A (“MBA”) and Zweigelt – along with rockstar regions, Yamanashi, Hokkaido and Hiroshima. There may even be a little cake surprise too!
