Debra Meiburg, Master of Wine and Chevalier de la Mérite Agricole, will be your guide to the world’s finest bubbles, equipping guests with the expertise to choose the best way to toast each and every occasion.
Debra will explain winemaking techniques of Champagne and compare with other sparkling wines. You will engage in practical tasting exercises and learn evaluation skills while sampling some great examples.
