Riesling is originated in the Rhine region of Germany. Nowadays, you will see Riesling from almost every cool climate regions. In this workshop, Jack will tell about the characteristics of this variety and lead the tasting of Award Winning wines from different countries.

Jack Cheung
Jack is the Group Beverage Director for a HK’s leading private club. With over 10 years of wine industry experience, he has worked in different sectors of the wine industry, including: retail, wholesale and F&B. This experience has enabled him to acquire insights into different parts of the trade. Jack has also worked in Macau and Singapore where he assisted in opening new bar projects. Jack holds WSET Diploma Certificate, CS and International Kikisake-Shi qualifications.
