Sparkling wine is the ultimate aperitif, celebration beverage and a wonderful pairing with many different cuisines. But bubbles don’t always need to be Champagne. There is a huge range of regional, varietal and budget variation in this category to ensure a sparkling wine for every occasion. In this class we will explore the rising trends in how these sparkling wines are made and their taste profiles, and which styles to choose for different budgets and occasions. Join us to burst the bubble on bubbles in celebration of WSET.
