• How to describe spirits using the WSET Level 1 Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits® (SAT)

Eddie is a respected leader in the spirits industry and the lead tutor for Whisky & Gin Ambassador programs in Hong Kong & Macau. As Asia’s first Certified Spirits Educator accredited by the Society of Wine Educators and a WSET Certified Educator, he has dedicated his career to advancing spirits education. Eddie has served as a judge for prestigious international spirits competitions and is also an esteemed cocktail judge. While his passion extends to all spirits, his deep expertise in Scotch and world whiskies is widely recognized. Beyond education, Eddie is deeply passionate about curating cocktails and is often invited as a guest bartender, bringing his creativity and craftsmanship to bars across the region. His commitment to education has made a lasting impact on the industry, inspiring and mentoring aspiring bar professionals across Asia.
