MWM Wine School has joined forces with Sake Central to hold WSET Level 1 Award In Sake, taught by Sake Samurai Elliot Faber, co-founder of Sake Central. If you want to dip your toes in and taste, learn and explore the world of sake, then WSET Level 1 Award in Sake is the course for you!
Level 1 Course covers:
- Taste and appreciate sake
- Explore the different styles of sake
- Discover how is sake produced
- Understand the main categories and grades of sake
- Learn how to properly serve and store sake
- Discover food and sake paring tips and ideas
In 6 hours only, our expert educator will bring boost your sake knowledge to a pro level, with an internationally recognised certificate.
Examination
45 minutes
30 multiple-choice questions
70% passing grade
