Grüner Veltliner is Austria’s most famous and immensely versatile grape. In contemporary Austrian winemaking, it comes in many styles – from fresh and easy, to aged and complex to sparkling, natural and much more and boasts a range of flavour and textural profiles according to its terroir and viniculture. Media, critics and educators are invited to explore the diversity of Austrian Grüner Veltliner with Debra Meiburg MW, the ideal chance to rethink and rediscover this Austrian gem – a darling for sommeliers – with unlimited potential in the Asian market.
