Oenophiles, spirit sippers, and beer lovers – this self-serve tasting series is your chance to swirl, sniff, and sip your way through a veritable treasure trove of libations. Each session features a lineup of at least 10 drinks, just waiting to be discovered. Get ready to find your new favourite pour – whether that’s a full-bodied cabernet, a silky smooth whisky, or a playful craft beer. The only rule? Sip with gusto, and spit with style. Let the liquid exploration commence!
This session is hosted by Billy Yeung, General Manager, Hop Sze @ Club Bâtard
Billy managed wine portfolios across reputable hotels and dinning groups in such as Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, The Peninsula Hong Kong, Gourmet Dining Group and K.O Dining. Billy received a string of accolades, including Maître cellérier by Les Echevins de Bouzy; Champagne Officier of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne; Participant of Côtes du Rhône Challenge. He has been judging for Cathay Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition since 2017. His sparkling tea, a collaboration with Mindful Sparks, stars in Michelin Guide ceremony, Hong Kong & Macau 2024.
