Debra Meiburg MW

A Hong Kong resident for more than 30 years, Master of Wine Debra Meiburg is an award-winning author, journalist, TV personality, international speaker, and is widely considered the global authority on the Asian wine market. She is the founding director MWM Wine School, by Debra Meiburg MW; Meiburg Wine Media, Asia’s leading wine marketing and events agency, and the Cathay Global Wine & Spirits Awards Asia, a truly pan-Asian wine competition. She is also the wine consultant for Cathay and Council Member of the Institute of Masters of Wine.

Eddie Nara CSE

Eddie, a respected leader in the spirits industry, is the lead tutor for Whisky & Gin Ambassador programs in Hong Kong & Macau. As Asia’s first Certified Spirits Educator by the Society of Wine Educators and a WSET Certified Educator, he has advanced spirits education throughout his career. Known for his deep expertise in Scotch and world whiskies, Eddie also judges international spirits and cocktail competitions. His passion for cocktail curation often sees him guest bartending across the region, inspiring and mentoring aspiring bar professionals along the way.
