Derek is the first person in Hong Kong to successfully pass the Master Sommelier exam. Beyond his own accomplishments, he is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of sommeliers by actively organizing training sessions. Additionally, he is a WSET Certified Educator, sharing his expertise to inspire and educate others in the field.
