Whether you want to trump your wine geek friends or just sharpen your palate\, blind tasting is both an impressive and integral skill to have as a wine connoisseur. Wine expert and judge Anty Fung will share her go-to blind tasting tips\, tricks and techniques in a tasting exercise\, covering colour\, intensity\, acidity\, tannins\, alcohol and more\, before setting four blind tasting challenges for small groups to decipher their mystery wines.
