But after a few years\, she realized life was too short for paperwork. \nIn a bold move\, she relocated to England with two suitcases and no English skills. She quickly adapted to the restaurant world\, managing a venue for four years and honing skills in diplomacy and chaos management. Yet\, the vines called her back. In 2001\, she returned to Guebwiller as her father retired. Though they were too similar to work side by side\, Séverine found her place in the domaine.
