Sarah’s knowledge and expertise in wine has been developed through extensive wine education\, tastings\, judging in competitions and via travelling to a broad spectrum of wine regions. She has worked in vineyards in Southern Australia and has travelled to wine regions in Argentina\, Australia\, Chile\, Italy and Japan. She is a wine columnist for the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong.\n\nSarah出生並於香港接受教育。Sarah 的葡萄酒知識是通過廣泛的專業葡萄酒教育、品鑒、作為比賽的評審以及前往不同葡萄酒產區的旅行所積累的。她曾在澳大利亞南部的葡萄園工作，並前往阿根廷、澳大利亞、智利、意大利和日本等葡萄酒產區旅行。她亦是香港《南華早報》的葡萄酒專欄作家。
