This level dives deep into the technology and production\, and discusses on how they influence the sensory profile of Scotch Whisky. The program would help participants to become a true expert and boost their confidence to talk about Scotland’s national drink.  \nIn 2 days\, our accredited educator will guide you through:\n\nMalting\nMilling\nMashing\nFermentation\nMalt & Grain Distillation\nMaturation\nAroma\nBlending and Bottling\n\nThe program welcomes whisky trade professionals\, bartenders and sommeliers\, as well as whisky collectors and lovers.  \nWhat is included in the program:\n\nWhisky and Other Spirits: Technology\, Production and Marketing by Graham Stewart\, Julie Kellershohn & Inge Russell\nMinimum 16 tasting samples for whisky experiences\nExamination sit (one-time)\nCertificates & pins for those who pass the examination\n\nPrerequisite\nAll applicants must be over 18+ \nParticipants must have a general knowledge of Scotch whisky\, including the production areas\, whisky production\, nosing and tasting techniques\, which can be acquired from: \n\nThe Whisky Ambassador (Level 1)\nWSET Level 2 Award in Spirits\n\n  \n \nEddie Nara CSEEddie is a respected leader in the spirits industry and the lead tutor for Whisky & Gin Ambassador programs in Hong Kong & Macau.
