Let the liquid exploration commence!\n\nThis session is hosted by Billy Yeung\, General Manager\, Hop Sze @ Club Bâtard\nBilly managed wine portfolios across reputable hotels and dinning groups in such as Grand Hyatt Hong Kong\, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong\, The Peninsula Hong Kong\, Gourmet Dining Group and K.O Dining. Billy received a string of accolades\, including Maître cellérier by Les Echevins de Bouzy; Champagne Officier of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne; Participant of Côtes du Rhône Challenge. He has been judging for Cathay Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition since 2017.
